The Black Baccara is a composed floral studio operating in Delhi, India. We offer four named compositions in three variants, delivered to South Delhi and Gurgaon. By placing an order with The Black Baccara, you agree to these terms.
All orders are placed via WhatsApp. An order is confirmed only when payment has been received. Slot availability cannot be guaranteed until payment is complete. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
All prices are inclusive of delivery within our delivery zones.
Prices are subject to GST as applicable under Indian tax law.
No discounts are offered under any circumstances. This includes bulk orders, repeat customers, and festival periods.
Prices may change between orders. The price at the time of confirmation is binding.
We deliver to South Delhi and Gurgaon only. Specific pin code coverage is confirmed at the time of ordering.
Morning slot: 11am–1pm. Evening slot: 6pm–8pm. We aim to deliver within these windows but cannot guarantee exact times.
If a recipient is unavailable at delivery, we will attempt contact once via the number provided. We cannot store or re-deliver compositions.
All compositions are made by hand using fresh florals sourced that morning. As living materials, exact appearance will vary from any reference images. The composition's emotion, structure, and palette remain consistent. Minor variation in specific stems is inherent to the nature of fresh flowers and is not grounds for a refund.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
Name and WhatsApp number — provided when you enquire. Used solely to confirm and fulfil your order.
Delivery address — provided at confirmation. Used only for the delivery of your specific order.
Payment information — processed by Razorpay. We do not store card or UPI details. Razorpay's privacy policy applies to payment processing.
Order details — composition, variant, slot, date. Retained for the archive record and accounting purposes.
We do not run advertising pixels on this website.
We do not build email lists. We do not send marketing communications.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except Razorpay for payment processing.
For any privacy concerns, write to studio@theblackbaccara.com. We will respond within 48 hours.
Once payment is received, the order is confirmed and the sourcing process begins. The following applies:
Before composition begins: If you cancel before the morning of your delivery date, we will issue a full refund via the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp.
After composition begins: No refund is available once composition has begun. The piece has been sourced and made for you specifically.
Non-delivery: If we are unable to deliver your piece within the confirmed slot, you are entitled to a full refund or rescheduling at your preference.
If your piece arrives damaged, photograph the damage within two hours of receipt and send to studio@theblackbaccara.com or via WhatsApp. We will assess and respond within the hour during studio hours (9am–7pm). Significant damage not attributable to mishandling after receipt will be remedied at our discretion — by replacement, credit, or refund.
Natural variation in fresh florals is not a defect and is not grounds for a refund.
Pieces that have been handled incorrectly after delivery are not eligible for remedy.
Change of mind after payment is not accepted as grounds for cancellation once sourcing has begun.
