Delivery
| Areas | South Delhi and Gurgaon only. We do not deliver outside these areas. |
| Morning slot | 11am – 1pm. Order must be confirmed by 8pm the previous evening. |
| Evening slot | 6pm – 8pm. Order must be confirmed by 12pm the same day. |
| Same-day orders | Not available. Orders require minimum 12 hours advance confirmation. |
| Daily capacity | Five pieces across both slots. This does not change. |
| Delivery charge | Included in the piece price. No separate delivery fee. |
The Preview
Every piece is shown via WhatsApp video before dispatch. Three angles. No music. No voiceover. You see the piece exactly as it was composed. This is not an approval process — the piece is already leaving. It is acknowledgement.
Care Instructions
On arrival: Remove from packaging immediately. Trim 2cm from the base of each stem at a 45° angle.
Water: Place in a clean vessel with fresh, cool water. Change the water every two days. Remove any leaves sitting below the waterline.
Position: Keep away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and air conditioning vents. A cool, shaded position extends life significantly.
Temperature: Dark roses and lisianthus prefer cooler temperatures. In Delhi summers, air-conditioned rooms are ideal.
Lifespan: Most compositions last 5–8 days with proper care. Dried elements within the piece last indefinitely.
After: The dried and structural elements can be kept as they are. Many pieces are kept long after the fresh stems have faded.
The Numbering
When your piece is dispatched, it carries a number. That number corresponds to its entry in The Archive — the permanent record of every composition The Black Baccara has made. Piece No. 001 is in the archive. Your piece will be there too. The number does not change. The archive does not close.
Cancellations
Payment at confirmation secures the piece and begins the sourcing process. Cancellations after confirmation are not accepted once composition has begun — typically the morning of your delivery date. If you need to cancel before composition begins, contact us immediately via WhatsApp. We will do what we can.
Something went wrong
Photograph the damage within two hours of receipt and send it to us via WhatsApp. We will assess and respond within the hour during studio hours. We do not accept returns, but we take responsibility for pieces that do not arrive in the condition shown in the Preview video.
